What Happens After You Book
Three simple steps.
Step1: Confirmation
You will receive an email immediately with your appointment details, parking instructions, and a brief note on what to expect. If you do not check emails, you can request a phone call. No surprises.
Step 2: Your Visit
Arrive at our private downtown studio. You can park your car at the 750 Johnson Street parkade directly across from our building entrance. Provide us the 4 digit parking stall number and we will take care of the parking fees. We will sit together in a calm, unhurried environment. No crowded waiting room. Just you and our founder.
Step 3: Your Plan
You leave with an honest assessment and a clear, written treatment plan - including timing, pricing, and what to expect at every stage. If you choose to book treatment, your consultation fee is applied immediately. If you need time, your fee is held for 12 months in which you can redeem the credit toward the service when you are ready.

Q: Why is there a consultation fee?
Our founder brings 25 years of clinical and artistic expertise to every session. The fee ensures your time is unhurried, your assessment is thorough, and your plan is fully personalized. It also means you are meeting with the person who will actually perform your treatment - not a sales consultant.
Q: What happens to my fee if I don't book treatment?
Your fee is held as credit for 12 months. Whether you book next week, next month, or at the 12 month, it remains fully redeemable. There is not pressure.
Q: How long is the consultation?
Plan for 45 minutes. We never rush. You will have time to ask every question.
Q: Can I book the treatment on the same day?
Occasionally, if the schedule allows. Most clients prefer to schedule their first treatment session after the consultation. We will find a time that works for you.
Q: What should I bring?
Just yourself. If you are coming for a PMU correction consultation, you are welcome to bring photos of your previous work when it was fresh, but it is not required. Come with clean skin, free of makeup if possible.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
We understand life happens. Please give us 24 hours notice, and we will happily move your appointment. Your fee transfers with it.
Q: Is parking really free?
Yes, just park in the 750 Johnson Street parkade directly across the street and inform us the 4 digit parking space number. We will take care the rest. No stress.

Cancellation Policy
A note on respect for time.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the cancellation fee, as that time cannot be offered to another client.
