What to expect from your first visit.
Step 1: Private Consultation
We sit together and discuss your goals. you share how you want to feel. We analyze your facial proportions, skin undertones, and natural features. Together, we agree on shape, colour, and approach before anything begins.
Step 2: Custom Design & Approval
We map your brows or eyeliner directly onto your skin using removable pencils. You see it. You approve it. We don't proceed until you are completely comfortable.
Step 3: The Artistry
Using the latest digital permanent makeup technology and techniques, we apply pigment with a meticulous, gentle hand. Topical anesthetic keeps you comfortable throughout.
Step 4: Heal & Reveal
You will leave with clear aftercare instructions and a healing kit. The colour will soften beautifully over the following 4-6 weeks. Your follow-up session, included in your initial investment, allows us to refine every detail.

There are occasional cases where clients with more sensitive skin who would feel more discomfort. The eye area is surprisingly comfortable when treated by experienced hands.

Permanent cosmetics are designed to soften gently over time, not disappear suddenly. Most clients enjoy 1-3 years before wanting a refresh. Annual colour boosts are available to keep everything crisp.
Q: What if I don't like the shape you design?
We don't begin until you have seen and approved the mapped design. You have full control. Our job is to guide you with expertise while respecting your vision.
Q: How do I prepare for my appointment?
We will send you detailed instructions before your visit. In short: avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours prior, discontinue certain supplements, and come with clean skin. Bring photos of ideal brow shapes or eyeliners for our design reference. We will walk you through everything.
Q: Is parking really free?
Yes, just park in the 750 Johnson Street parkade directly across the street and inform us the 4 digit parking space number. We will take care the rest. No stress.
