We sit down together. No rush. You share what's bothering you. We examine the pigment, skin condition, and facial architecture. We will tell you honestly what is possible - and what we recommend.
Step 2: Gentle Laser Removal (If Needed)
For unwanted or poorly aged pigment, we use medical-grade laser technology that targets only the ink. Minimal discomfort. Precise. Safe. Most clients need one to a few sessions, depending on pigment depth and colour.
Step 3: Custom Design
We map your new brows or eyeliner to your unique bone structure, not a stencil. You see and approve the shape before any tattooing begins. Our goal is balance, proportion, and a result that looks like naturally belongs to you.
Step 4: Artistry
Using the latest 3D hairline and soft-shading techniques, we create brows that mimic real hair. For eyeliner, we restore clean, elegant definition - whether subtle lash enhancement or a refined wing. Ever stroke is placed with intention. One complimentary follow up touchup is included within 45 days after initial procedure.
Step 5: Heal & Reveal

Q: How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the pigment type, depth, and colour. Some clients need one laser session before correction. Others require two or more. We will give you a realistic timeline during your consultation - never a surprise.
Q: Will my new brows look natural?
That is our only goal. We use 3D hybrid hairline techniques that mimic the direction, length, and density of real brow hair. The pigment is customized to complement your skin tone and hair colour. People shouldn't notice your brows - they should notice your eyes.
Q: Does it hurt?
We use medical-grade topical anesthetics to keep you comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as mild and entirely manageable. Your comfort is a priority at every step.
Q: I don't live downtown. Is parking really free?
Absolutely. There are ample parking spaces located at 750 Johnson Street parkade directly across the main entrance of our second floor studio inside Maynard Court. Pull in, park, and walk directly into a private, calm environment. Remember and inform us the 4 digit parking stall number and we will take care of the rest. No stress.
A Note About Timing
Correction requires patience. The result is worth it.
We do not rush your journey. Laser removal sessions need about 1-2 weeks of healing between them. New permanent makeup needs time to settle and soften. If you have been hiding your brows for months or years, a few more weeks to get it right - permanently for a few years - is well spent.
